Overview We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Staffing Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in outside sales and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. You will manage your territory effectively while generating leads and conducting product demonstrations to showcase our offerings. Duties * Develop and maintain relationships with new clients within your assigned territory. * Conduct market research to identify potential customers and understand market trends. * Negotiate contracts and close sales to meet or exceed sales targets. * Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals. * Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. * Conduct product demos to educate clients on features and benefits, ensuring they understand how our products meet their needs. * Collaborate with marketing teams to align strategies and enhance lead generation efforts. * Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions Experience * Proven experience in outside sales or retail sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets. * Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-making processes. * Experience in territory management, ensuring effective coverage of assigned areas. * Excellent customer service skills, demonstrating the ability to build rapport with clients. * Familiarity with technology sales is a plus, as well as experience conducting product demonstrations. * Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
