We are looking for a confident individual who understands these services and can bring new clients to the company. Job Description The Business Development Executive will be responsible for visiting doctors and clinics, presenting IPClicnal's services, and generating new business. The candidate does not need to perform billing work, but must have an understanding of: * Medical Billing * Prior Authorization (Pre-Auth) * Claims Process * Patient Calling Workflows * EMR Software (basic understanding) This knowledge will help them explain our services clearly to doctors and clinic owners. Key Responsibilities * Visit clinics, hospitals, labs, and healthcare facilities to pitch IPClicnal 's services. * Explain our offerings: * Medical Billing Services * Prior Authorization Support * Patient Calling & Virtual Assistance * EMR Software * Generate leads, convert them to clients, and maintain long-term relationships. * Give demos or basic introductions about our EMR software (training will be provided). * Achieve monthly and quarterly client acquisition targets. * Provide feedback and market insights to management. Requirements * Good understanding of medical billing and authorization concepts (not for doing the work--only for explaining to clients). * Strong communication, negotiation, and convincing skills. * Confident personality with the ability to speak professionally with doctors. * Ability to travel locally to meet potential clients. * Self-motivated and goal-driven. Preferred Qualifications * Experience in healthcare marketing or medical billing sales. * Knowledge of US-based medical billing processes is a plus. * Familiarity with EMR systems.
