Overview
RxHealing is seeking a motivated, entrepreneurial Medical / Wound Care Sales Representative to join our growing team. This role is ideal for individuals with a strong background in medical or pharmaceutical sales, as well as clinically trained professionals (physicians, pharmacists, nurse practitioners, etc.) who are passionate about improving patient outcomes. This role is also well-suited for retired or semi-retired healthcare professionals, or those with strong industry relationships, who are curious about opportunities beyond the traditional W-2 world and want to leverage their experience and network in a flexible, high-impact role. This position is 100% commission-based, structured as a 1099 independent contractor role, with no base salary. Our representatives earn an average annual income of $330,000, with unlimited income potential.
Responsibilities
- Maintain a balanced mix of on-site and remote work, including local travel to healthcare facilities.
- Build and manage relationships with physicians, clinics, and healthcare organizations to establish new referral sources.
- Participate in weekly team meetings via Google Meet.
- Engage in remote training sessions to strengthen product knowledge and refine professional service skills.
- Manage ongoing client communication via email and virtual platforms.
- Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to introduce our services to medical professionals within healthcare facilities, including hospitals, clinics, and long-term care centers.
- Conduct compelling presentations to showcase the effectiveness of wound care solutions to improve patient outcomes.
- Cultivate strong relationships with key decision-makers through proactive account management and personalized customer service.
- Provide comprehensive training and support to medical staff on product usage and best practices. Experience
- Proven experience in medical sales or pharmaceutical sales strongly preferred.
- Clinical backgrounds (MD, DO, NP, PA, PharmD, RN) are highly encouraged to apply.
- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to understand and explain complex medical products for regenerative medicine, wound care, and remote care monitoring.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with confidence in presenting to diverse clinical audiences.
- Demonstrated leadership, initiative, and self-motivation in driving results.
- Proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with a talent for identifying and developing new partnership opportunities.
- Organizational skills necessary for managing multiple accounts simultaneously with attention to detail.
