Job Summary

Duties

• Greet customers warmly and deliver outstanding customer service with professionalism and enthusiasm
• Conduct engaging product demos to highlight jewelry features, craftsmanship, and styling options
• Assist customers in selecting jewelry pieces that match their preferences and occasion needs
• Implement upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities while maintaining genuine rapport
• Maintain attractive visual merchandising displays that showcase current collections and promotions
• Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately for transactions including cash handling and credit card processing
• Provide clear phone etiquette when assisting remote inquiries or scheduling appointments
• Manage inventory levels through stock checks, product replenishment, and accurate record keeping
• Educate customers on jewelry care, warranty options, and store policies to enhance their shopping experience Experience
• Previous retail sales experience in luxury jewelry or high-end retail environments preferred
• Supervising experience is a plus, demonstrating leadership in team settings
• Familiarity with POS systems and basic retail math for transactions and inventory management
• Strong communication skills with bilingual abilities highly desirable to serve diverse client
