Job Summary Join our dynamic team as a SALES/JEWELRY-LUXURY specialist, where your passion for exquisite jewelry and exceptional customer service will shine! Duties * Greet customers warmly and deliver outstanding customer service with professionalism and enthusiasm * Conduct engaging product demos to highlight jewelry features, craftsmanship, and styling options * Assist customers in selecting jewelry pieces that match their preferences and occasion needs * Implement upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities while maintaining genuine rapport * Maintain attractive visual merchandising displays that showcase current collections and promotions * Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately for transactions including cash handling and credit card processing * Provide clear phone etiquette when assisting remote inquiries or scheduling appointments * Manage inventory levels through stock checks, product replenishment, and accurate record keeping * Educate customers on jewelry care, warranty options, and store policies to enhance their shopping experience Experience * Previous retail sales experience in luxury jewelry or high-end retail environments preferred * Supervising experience is a plus, demonstrating leadership in team settings * Familiarity with POS systems and basic retail math for transactions and inventory management * Strong communication skills with bilingual abilities highly desirable to serve diverse client * Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills to build lasting client relationships We're committed to fostering a vibrant workplace where your skills shine.
