Description : The Inside Sales Specialist will support customers and internal teams by managing assigned accounts from quote through order fulfillment. This position serves as a primary point of contact for customers, ensuring accurate pricing, timely order processing, and exceptional service. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, customer-focused, and comfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Salaried, Exempt Reports to the Director of Sales Salary: $45k Responsibilities: * Manage assigned customer accounts, serving as the primary contact for pricing, product selection, quotations, and order status inquiries. * Prepare, enter, and maintain accurate sales quotations, orders, and order changes within the ERP system. * Coordinate with engineering, production, purchasing, and shipping teams to meet customer specifications and delivery schedules. * Review orders for accuracy, including part numbers, pricing, quantities, and lead times. * Prepare and distribute order acknowledgements and confirmations. * Process order revisions, cancellations, credits, and returns. * Resolve customer issues related to orders, pricing, delivery, and returns in a timely and professional manner. * Maintain accurate customer and order records. * Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone and email. * Support sales and customer service initiatives as needed. Qualifications * Associate's degree preferred, or a minimum of 2 years of inside sales or customer account support experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment * Strong written and verbal communication skills * Experience working with ERP systems * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) * Customer-focused mindset with a strong sense of accountability * Team-oriented with the ability to work effectively across departments Benefits: * Medical, dental, vision, HSA/FSA, EAP, and life insurance benefits available after 90 days of employment. * Holiday, Vacation, and PTO after 90 days of employment. * 401k retirement plans are available after 6 months of employment.
