Responsibilities

• Grow the Pre-Owned Sales Department
• Drive volume, gross
• Coach, train, and motivate the sales team daily
• Ensure strong desk structure, follow-up, and deal flow
• Maintain high customer satisfaction and ethical standards
• Work closely with leadership to execute store goals

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Pre-Owned Manager or Sales Manager
• Strong leadership and communication skills
