Account Manager - Trade Shows & Events Milford, OH | On-site The Opportunity Are you an impact player looking for your next opportunity? Do you like to work in a fast-paced environment in which no two days are the same? We're looking for a detail-driven Account Manager to join our Milford, OH team. In this role, you'll be the central point of coordination for trade show execution -- working cross-functionally with internal teams, clients, and vendors to ensure every event runs smoothly from start to finish. As we continue to grow and expand our business, we pride ourselves on delivering seamless, high-quality experiences for our clients from concept through show close-out. What You 'll Do Event & Show Management * Partner with Account Executives throughout the sales and show planning process * Coordinate all show logistics including production orders, show services, freight, labor, and vendors * Prepare show recap packets and ensure all requirements are clearly communicated * Manage post-show activities including invoicing, charge reconciliation, and issue resolution * Coordinate refurbishments, repairs, and replacements of exhibit inventory as needed Client & Vendor Coordination * Serve as the primary liaison between internal teams, show management, general contractors, and service providers * Communicate post-show needs and recommendations to Account Executives * Ensure client expectations are met through proactive communication and follow-up Inventory & Storage Management * Manage client exhibit and graphic inventory, including asset allocation and updates * Coordinate storage contracts and billing schedules * Ensure accurate tracking of additions, deletions, and usage of client assets What We 're Looking For * Strong organizational and multitasking skills with exceptional attention to detail * Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills * Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment * Comfortable working flexible hours around show schedules when needed * Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Infor/Syteline a plus * Experience in trade shows, events, logistics, or a related industry preferred Education & Experience * High school diploma or equivalent required * Relevant industry experience is a plus As a part of our application process, we ask that applicants complete our Culture Index survey.
