What You 'll Do * Drive revenue by making a high volume of outbound calls to existing stairlift owners to promote the value of an annual service agreement. * Serve as the first point of contact for inbound calls--listening, identifying customer needs, and converting opportunities into sales. * Deliver a positive and empathetic customer experience that builds trust and supports long-term relationships. * Accurately document all interactions, update customer information, and ensure correct follow-up actions and dispositions. * Partner with the Service department when customers report breakdowns or require maintenance. * Consistently meet or exceed established sales metrics, including conversion rates, call volume, and quality standards.
