Sales & Technical Support - Machining Centers Location: Cincinnati, OH Employment Type: Full-time Salary: TBD based on experience Benefits: Health Insurance (fully covered by the company), 401k Work Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (some flexibility) About the Opportunity Our client, a well-established manufacturer of machining centers, is seeking a bilingual Sales & Technical Support Specialist to join their growing team in Cincinnati, OH. This role will involve supporting equipment sales and installation, facilitating communication between English- and Japanese- speaking teams, and providing interpretation and translation support for technical and business discussions. Key Responsibilities * Promote and support the sale of machining centers to automotive and manufacturing clients Act as an interpreter and translator (Japanese * English) during meetings, site visits, emails, and documentation * Support installation projects and coordinate with engineers and customer teams * Handle general office tasks including report preparation, email correspondence, and participation in conference calls * Collaborate with cross-cultural teams locally and abroad * Travel for business domestically and internationally as required Preferred Qualifications * Business-level fluency in Japanese and English (written and verbal) * Experience in the automotive or industrial equipment sector * Strong interpersonal and cross-cultural communication skills * Ability to travel internationally (e.g., Japan, Mexico, Canada) * Valid U.S. driver's license * Familiarity with Japanese business culture and work style To apply, please send your resume to [please apply online]
