JOB DESCRIPTION Position: Lead Generation Specialist Location: Office Job Type: Remote (80%), Travel (20%)* Reports to: Regional Manager Department: North American Operations * Position Purpose: The Marketing Lead Generation Specialist will support the North America sales and marketing team to prospect, nurture, develop sales leads for on-site manufacturing services. This role will be exposure to all facets of business development, marketing, and sales support. The successful candidate will have a knack for building relationships with people. He or she will be eager to gain experience in sales and marketing and be open to coaching in these areas. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: * Demonstrates the values and business principles of Leadec. * Always works safely. * Use various tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Dun & Bradstreet database, and others to find and contact potential sales leads meeting certain defined criteria. * Develop and implement an outreach plan to introduce Leadec to potential leads. Building relationships with prospects and qualify leads to handoff to sales staff. * Document outreach using Salesforce, meeting monthly KPIs. * Support marketing team on trade show execution and lead capture onsite shows; develop a lead nurturing strategy for follow up on marketing leads. * Support sales excellence team on data quality projects in Salesforce as well as gathering information for sales opportunities. * Assist with the development and review of sales presentations before the customer sees them. * Assist with updating marketing materials and review for accuracy and branding compliance. * Adhering to and supporting all EHS and Quality objectives, in accordance with ISO 14001, 45001 and 9001, respectively. * All other duties as assigned by Leadec manager.* * Competencies: * Managing Tasks * Open Communication * Self-Management * Motivating & Developing People Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: * * Communication Skills - Ability to communicate with all levels of Leadec and customer employees. * Language Ability - Talking to others to convey information effectively. * Customer Service Orientation - Satisfying customers. * Adaptability - Willingness to deal with unexpected challenges or circumstances. * Problem Solving - Defining problems and bring about viable solutions. * Position Qualifications: * * Bachelor's degree preferred. * Some sales and/or marketing experience preferred. * Experience using Microsoft Office (specifically PowerPoint) and LinkedIn required. * Ability to lead and prioritize multiple projects at the same time. * Outgoing, team-player who has an eye for detail, can also self-motivate and work independently. * Ability to build effective working relationships with colleagues inside and outside the organization. * Experience with Microsoft Teams, ZoomInfo software and Salesforce is a plus, but not required. * This position will require 20% travel. * Physical Requirements: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the key actions of the job: * Required to talk and/or hear in an office setting (noise level is low). Occasionally required to reach with hands and arms; lift; stoop, or crouch. * Vision requirements: close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, and depth perception and focus adjustment. * Work is performed in office environment with considerable time spent working on a computer or at a desk.
