Call Center/Customer Service Representative Wholesale Marine is one of the fastest growing boating websites. About the call center position: Inbound Call Center Representatives are responsible to answer customer inquiries via inbound phone or email support. Assure customer satisfaction in all requests, including: order status, product specifications, engine parts look up. Provide customer service and sales for Wholesale Marine retail and commercial accounts. No Outbound Sales Calls. Qualifications * High School Diploma or G.E.D. * Demonstrated written and oral communication skills * Must be able to use a computer * Learn new items quickly and accurately Hours/Information: Schedule is Monday - Friday8am-5pm NO NIGHTS or WEEKENDS Starting at 18.00 Employees can be subjected to a background check and drug screening.
