Call Center/Customer Service Representative Wholesale Marine is one of the fastest growing boating websites. The love of boating or previous boat accessories knowledge is great but not required. About the call center position: Inbound Call Center Representatives are responsible to answer customer inquiries via inbound phone or email support. Assure customer satisfaction in all requests, including: order status, product specifications, engine parts look up. Provide customer service and sales for Wholesale Marine retail and commercial accounts. No Outbound Sales Calls.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or G.E.D.
• Demonstrated written and oral communication skills
• Must be able to use a computer
• Learn new items quickly and accurately Hours/Information: Schedule is Monday - Friday8am-5pm NO NIGHTS or WEEKENDS Starting at 18.00 Employees can be subjected to a background check and drug screening.
