Location: Buffalo, NY | HYBRID Salary Range: $75,000 - $150,000commissionresiduals Schedule: Full-Time | M-F | 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM Reports To: HCM Sales Manager Make Your Mark in HCM Sales at Bene-Care We're seeking an experienced and entrepreneurial HCM Sales Consultant to help drive growth at Bene-Care. If you're a seasoned sales professional who thrives in the field, closes with confidence, and loves building a book from the ground up-we want to talk to you. The HCM Sales Consultant is responsible for generating new business opportunities and promoting Bene-Care's payroll services to small and medium- sized businesses. Essential Expectations and Responsibilities: You'll own the full sales lifecycle, from outreach and in-person consults to customized solution-building and closing. Your goal: establish long-term, revenue-generating relationships with small and mid-market businesses.
