(RPI) is a boutique real estate brokerage specializing in vacant land sales across Southern California , with a strong footprint in Los Angeles County and the Antelope Valley. We operate in a focused niche with real transaction volume, structured support, and a collaborative team environment. Position Overview We are seeking licensed California Real Estate Sales Agents to join our growing land division. This role is ideal for agents who want to work in a specialized asset class (vacant land) with strong deal flow, clear systems, and hands-on brokerage support. Agents will handle buyer and seller representation, property marketing, negotiations, and closings for land assets ranging from residential to industrial-use parcels. Key Responsibilities * Prospect and qualify buyers and sellers of vacant land * Represent clients in land purchase and sale transactions * Conduct property tours and site visits (undeveloped parcels) * Negotiate contracts and manage escrows through closing * Collaborate with internal marketing and operations support * Maintain compliance with California DRE regulations REQUIRED Qualifications (Non-Negotiable) * ACTIVE California Real Estate License (Salesperson or Broker) * DRE License Number must be provided * Strong communication and negotiation skills * Self-motivated and professional work ethic Experience with vacant land, zoning, or development is a plus but not required.
