Position Overview We're looking for a Sales Development Representative to help re-engage past prospects and maximize our customer opportunities. This role is key in connecting homeowners with the services they need while supporting our field sales team. Schedule: * Weekdays - late afternoon to evening * Saturdays Key Responsibilities * Make outbound calls to previous leads and prospects to reintroduce services and schedule appointments. * Respond to inbound inquiries and provide timely, professional information. * Collaborate with the sales and scheduling teams to ensure smooth handoffs. * Track all activity in the CRM accurately and update lead status. * Achieve weekly/monthly appointment and conversion goals. * Provide exceptional customer service and represent the company professionally. Qualifications * Previous sales, call center, or customer service experience preferred, but not required. * Excellent communication and active listening skills. * Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and handling rejection professionally. * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. * Motivated, goal-oriented, and self-starting.
