The Role As a valued member of the Sales team, you will support experienced sales professionals by helping organize, prioritize, and manage workloads through a variety of administrative and operational tasks. This role is ideal for a highly organized self-starter with strong communication skills, technical aptitude, and excellent time management. The ideal candidate is a strong multi-tasker with positive energy and exceptional attention to detail, who thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Responsibilities * Provide administrative and operational support to the Sales team * Assist primarily with Walmart and Target accounts, with occasional support for additional customers as needed * Learn and Manage Vendor Portals. Examples include Quote Management System, Supplier One, Scintilla, and POL * Create cost quotes and item set up for all programs * Assist with line reviews or customer meetings by helping complete templates and/or PowerPoint presentations * Assist with setting up new Supplier Agreements * Manage the retail execution of Bazaarvoice, by sending samples, and monitoring online reviews * Work closely with both the creative and global supply teams to check, add sample tags, pack and ship samples to customers Skills & Qualifications: * Effective written and oral communication skills are necessary. * Develop and maintain trust through effective communication with the Sales Team. * Proven skills in organization, problem-solving, and multitasking. * Experience in assisting teams through complex projects in a fast-paced team environment. * Meticulous attention to detail with strong time management skills. * Effectively process information received and relay concise action items to the appropriate departments. * Detail-oriented. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite (experience with Monday.com preferred). General Information: * Compensation: $50,000 - $60,000 per year. * Education: Bachelor's degree preferred. * No direct reports in this position. * Work Schedule: Hybrid with 3 days in-office and flexible start/stop times.
