Job Description: As an Insurance Claims Sales Specialist at Brandon J Roofing, you will play a crucial role in our company's growth and success. This position is commission- based and operates as a 1099 independent contractor. We are seeking individuals who are motivated, ambitious, and willing to go above and beyond to deliver exceptional service to our clients. Your responsibilities will include: * Collaborate with homeowners and businesses to assess roofing damage and determine insurance claim eligibility. * Guide clients through the insurance claims process. * Provide detailed estimates for roofing repairs or replacements based on insurance coverage and client requirements. * Utilize sales techniques to sell additional roofing services or products as appropriate. * Stay informed about industry trends, insurance policies, and regulations to effectively advise clients and optimize sales opportunities. Qualifications: * Previous experience in sales, particularly in the roofing or insurance industry, is preferred but not required. * Must be comfortable climbing roofs and conducting physical assessments of properties. * Possess a reliable truck and necessary equipment for fieldwork. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients. * Knowledge of roofing materials, techniques, and best practices is preferred.
