Overview We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales, Account Executive to join our team. This role is vital in expanding our client base, fostering strong relationships, and driving revenue growth through strategic business development. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of B2C sales, and experience in design, architecture, and/or construction. Duties * Identify and pursue new business opportunities through warm calling and prospecting efforts * Manage and grow existing client accounts by providing exceptional service and tailored solutions * Conduct negotiations to close deals effectively while maintaining profitable margins * Develop and execute strategic sales plans aligned with company goals * Deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients * Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new sales opportunities Requirements * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport quickly * Demonstrated ability in analysis skills to assess market opportunities and customer needs * Experience in marketing strategies that support sales growth is a plus * Familiarity with architectural design and/or residential construction is a huge plus * Strong work ethic with self-motivation and a goal-oriented mindset * Ability to perform warm calling effectively to generate new leads and nurture prospects This role is ideal for motivated professionals eager to make an impact within a fast-paced environment.
