Duties * Conduct thorough inspections of residential and commercial properties to identify pest issues and determine appropriate treatment plans * Apply pest control treatments using hand tools, power tools, and farm machinery safely and effectively * Educate customers on pest prevention techniques and recommend ongoing maintenance services such as lawn care or landscaping enhancements * Drive company vehicle to various job sites, ensuring timely arrival and adherence to safety protocols * Promote and sell pest control services by understanding customer needs, presenting tailored solutions, and following up on leads * Maintain detailed records of treatments performed, customer interactions, and service schedules * Assist with the setup and maintenance of lawn care or farming equipment as needed for integrated property management Qualifications * Prior experience or familiarity with pest control techniques, is highly desirable * Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, farm machinery, and other equipment safely and efficiently * Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; comfortable driving company vehicles across different terrains * Strong sales skills with the ability to communicate clearly and persuasively with customers * Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions; physically capable of standing, walking, bending, and lifting for extended periods * Basic understanding of safety procedures related to pest control equipment and chemical handling Embark on a rewarding career where your skills make a tangible difference!
