Floor and Decor Lead Generation Specialist - WEST SAN ANTONIO - FLOOR AND DCOR Lead Generation Specialist (LGS) is a full-time, professional position responsible for communicating with potential clients and building interest for the in-home sales program through in-store lead generation. The LGS will work closely with Designers and are responsible for generating quality leads that result in sales with Ocotillo Flooring Services LLC (OFS) for the Floor and Decor (F&D) program. Essential Job Functions * Generate highly qualified leads for our in-home design consultants * Attract customer interest, creating a sense of urgency and building confidence in our in-home design program * Maintain and communicate product specifics to potential customers * Provide promotional information and product and/or service-related materials to potential customers * Build and maintain a positive business relationship with F&D necessary to influence and achieve outstanding business results * Liaison between OFS corporate office, the F&D and others as appropriate to represent business needs * Provide the highest level of client service to create customer intimacy and delight our clients Job Skills and/or Abilities * Continuously learn new products and effectively articulate their specific features and benefits * Ability to understand unique and individual human characteristics to influence a diverse population * Highly motivated to achieve strong business results * Extremely organized, detail-oriented team player * Ability to analyze and resolve problems * Proven ability to set priorities to meet the goals and objectives of the business * Outstanding written and oral communication skills, with strong presentation skills * Creative, flexible, and efficient work habits * Skilled at establishing relationships with energy and enthusiasm Education and/or Experience * Exceptional computer skills including on-line high speed access * Entry level merchandising skills highly preferred * Sales experience preferred * Experience working in a customer focused environment required Job Conditions * Ability to travel up to 35 miles * Work hours may vary between 10:00am and 7:00pm * Workdays may vary but will include Monday through Sunday * Professional dress, appearance, communication, and behavior * May require bending, stooping, standing for long periods of time Compensation Base - ($17.00 per hour base pay) Commission - ($ for leads sold by Field Sales Representative) Saturdays and Sunday required Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $17.50 per hour Benefits: * 401(k) * Dental insurance * Flexible schedule * Health insurance * Paid time off * Vision insurance Ability to Commute: * San Antonio, TX 78224 (Required) Work Location: In person
