Responsibilities * Develop and execute strategic sales plans to target new business opportunities and expand existing client relationships within designated territories. * Conduct outside sales activities including cold calling, face-to-face meetings, product demonstrations, and territory management to generate leads and close deals. * Manage key accounts through proactive account management strategies, ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering long-term partnerships. * Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track leads, manage customer interactions, and analyze sales data for continuous improvement. * Identify market trends and leverage marketing insights to optimize sales strategies and increase revenue streams. * Lead business development initiatives by prospecting new clients through networking, referrals, and targeted outreach efforts. * Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients while maintaining profitability and alignment with company policies. * Deliver compelling product demos to showcase features and benefits, upselling where appropriate to maximize sales opportunities. Skills * Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or territory management with a focus on technology or industrial products. * Strong management skills with the ability to lead negotiations, close deals, and manage multiple accounts efficiently. * Expertise in business development techniques including lead generation, cold calling, and direct sales approaches. * Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce for tracking activities and analyzing sales performance. * Excellent customer service skills combined with effective communication abilities to build rapport with diverse clients. * Ability to conduct product demos confidently while explaining technical features clearly. * Skilled in analysis to identify market opportunities and develop tailored solutions for clients. * Experience in retail or inside sales is a plus, along with knowledge of marketing strategies that support sales growth.
