We are seeking a seasoned Outside Sales Representative to join our client's dynamic team in the industrial laundry/production industry. This role is ideal for a motivated hunter with experience in building relationships within a high-performance sales environment. You will spend the majority of your time visiting clients, generating new opportunities, and maintaining existing relationships in an effort to exceed sales targets. This is a DIRECT HIRE role for a laundry service/production company in San Antonio, TX. Location: San Antonio, TX 78207 (West Side) *Must be willing and able to drive to San Antonio once a week for team meetings. Responsibilities * Sell company products/services to clients in San Antonio, TX and surrounding areas * Proactively identify, prospect, and qualify new business opportunities * Perform regular client visits, cold calls, follow-ups, and touchpoints * Consistently maintain a strong pipeline of leads and opportunities Client Engagement & Relationship Building * Build rapport with new and existing clients through face-to-face interactions * Understand client needs and present tailored solutions * Consistent client visits to efficiently close deals Sales Execution & Reporting * Meet and exceed activity expectations and sales goals * Track daily activity, completed visits, and opportunities earned * Collaborate with internal teams for smooth onboarding of new accounts * Represent the company professionally and uphold brand standards Qualifications * 2+ years of outside sales experience. * Strong "hunter" mentality with drive, grit, and high energy * Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills * Must have a reliable personal vehicle and willingness to drive daily * Comfortable cold calling and handling frequent in-person interactions * Ability to adapt and follow proven sales processes * Business degree or related field is preferred. * Live in or near San Antonio (West) where travel to territory is not burdensome. * Professional, positive, go-getter attitude is a must. Compensation & Benefits * Starting salary: $55,000-62,500 DOE * Monthly commissions and quarterly bonuses * Auto allowance: $550/month (6,600 annually) * Professional dress clothes provided * Health, dental, and vision insurance * 401(k) with company match after 1 year * Paid holidays + PTO * Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM Why This Role?
