We own and operate multiple growing home-service companies and are looking for someone who wants a long-term sales career , not just a short-term position. About the Role This is a commission-based sales position with paid training. You will meet with homeowners, provide design-forward solutions, and guide clients from initial consultation through contract. We provide most of your leads , but strong performance also requires personal initiative to generate additional opportunities. What You 'll Be Selling Archadeck Outdoor Living Decks * Covered patios * Screened porches * Sunrooms * * Custom outdoor living spaces Superior Fence & Rail * Residential and light commercial fencing Responsibilities Meet with homeowners to design and sell outdoor living and fencing projects * Follow up promptly on company-provided leads * * Generate additional opportunities by: * Building relationships with real estate agents, builders, and other referral partners * Visiting decision-makers and referral sources in the field * * Participate in grassroots marketing efforts when needed, including: * Hanging door hangers * Placing yard signs at approved intersections and job sites * Maintain accurate notes and follow-up on prospects * * Represent the company professionally at all times Schedule & Travel * Monday -Friday work schedule * No weekends * Some travel required to our corporate office in Springfield, Missouri for: * Sales meetings * Training * * Assisting with lead overflow when needed Requirements * Sales experience preferred, but we will train the right candidate Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Self-motivated with a strong work ethic * Comfortable working independently in the field * Willingness to participate in lead-generation activities * * Valid driver's license Compensation & Benefits * Commission-based compensation with strong earning potential * Paid training * Company vehicle provided * Fuel card included Most leads provided by the company * Supportive team environment * Opportunity for growth as the company expands * * Long-term career path for high performers Who This Role Is Best For * Someone who wants uncapped earning potential A self-starter who understands sales requires initiative and follow-through * A professional who enjoys working directly with homeowners * * Someone looking to grow with a stable, expanding company This franchise is independently owned and operated by a franchisee.
