Position Overview: We are seeking a Sales Support Specialist to join our team. As a Sales Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales team and ensuring smooth operations. Your primary responsibilities will include providing excellent customer service, managing sales data, order entry and assisting with various sales-related tasks. Key Responsibilities: * Provide exceptional customer service to clients and prospective customers. * Assist the sales team with administrative tasks, such as preparing quotes and proposals. * Manage and update customer information in Salesforce. * Conduct outbound calls to warm leads and follow up on sales inquiries. * Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies. * Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions * Assist with order processing and tracking. * Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of products or services * Stay up-to-date with industry trends and product knowledge to effectively communicate with customers. * Perform other basic duties as assigned by the department Manager. Qualifications: * Previous experience in customer service or sales support roles preferred. * Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM software is a plus. * Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. * Ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical customers. * Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. * Proactive problem-solving abilities. * Ability to work independently as well as part of a team * Comfortable making outbound calls and engaging in warm calling activities. Physical Requirements: * Ability to sit for extended periods and use a computer. * Occasional lifting of files or documents up to 15-20 lbs.
