Job Overview We are a dynamic communications company seeking a Business Growth Specialist to support business growth through outbound sales efforts, marketing initiatives, and in-person brand representation. This role blends relationship=driven sales with hands-on marketing activities, including attending trade shows, conferences, and industry events. The ideal candidate is outgoing, organized and comfortable representing the company both remotely and in-person. Key Responsibilities * Support sales growth by identifying and engaging prospective with clients * Conduct outbound outreach through email, phone calls, meetings, and networking opportunities * Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and industry events * Assist with planning, setup, and follow-up for events and conferences * Collaborate with internal teams to support marketing campaigns and brand initiatives * Maintain accurate records of outreach, leads, and follow-up activity * Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and partners * Provide regular updates and insights on market trends and lead activity Skills * Experience with sales outreach and relationship development * Familiarity with marketing tools and digital communication channels * Strong organizational and follow-up skills * Confident phone and in-person presence * Positive, professional, and results-oriented mindset This position requires travel for trade shows, conferences, and client meetings (air and/or car) Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year Benefits: * 401(k) * 401(k) matching * Dental insurance * Employee assistance program * Health insurance * Health savings account * Life insurance * Paid time off * Travel reimbursement * Vision insurance Education: * High school or equivalent (Required) Location: * Buffalo, NY 14225 (Required) Willingness to travel: * 25% (Required) Work Location: In person
