Overview

We are a dynamic communications company seeking a Business Growth Specialist to support business growth through outbound sales efforts, marketing initiatives, and in-person brand representation. This role blends relationship=driven sales with hands-on marketing activities, including attending trade shows, conferences, and industry events. The ideal candidate is outgoing, organized and comfortable representing the company both remotely and in-person.

Key Responsibilities

• Support sales growth by identifying and engaging prospective with clients
• Conduct outbound outreach through email, phone calls, meetings, and networking opportunities
• Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and industry events
• Assist with planning, setup, and follow-up for events and conferences
• Collaborate with internal teams to support marketing campaigns and brand initiatives
• Maintain accurate records of outreach, leads, and follow-up activity
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and partners
• Provide regular updates and insights on market trends and lead activity Skills
• Experience with sales outreach and relationship development
• Familiarity with marketing tools and digital communication channels
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills
• Confident phone and in-person presence
• Positive, professional, and results-oriented mindset This position requires travel for trade shows, conferences, and client meetings (air and/or car) Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
