Full description of the position

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Internet Sales Specialist to join our team. This position focuses on engaging prospects, scheduling appointments for our sales representatives, and maintaining accurate records in our CRM system. If you enjoy working independently and have strong communication skills, this role offers flexibility and growth potential. Key Responsibilities * Set sales appointments for Sales Representatives through phone, text, and email communication. * Conduct daily outbound calls and respond to incoming inquiries. * Update CRM (HubSpot) with accurate notes and outcomes of prospect interactions. * Follow up on CRM-generated tasks consistently throughout the day. * Maintain a high level of focus and organization to ensure timely follow-ups. Additional Details * Schedule: Flexible hours with some weekend work required. * Location: Remote work possibilities. * Additional Compensation: Commission opportunities for setting appointments that result in completed meetings and for involvement in prospects who purchase a home. To be successful in this role, candidates should have prior relevant experience or demonstrate attributes and/or transferable experience and skills acquired in a different industry or in a different context: * HubSpot experience preferred (training available if needed). * Strong communication skills via phone, text, and email. * Ability to work autonomously and manage time effectively * Comfortable with repetitive tasks and maintaining attention to detail.
