This is an entry-level, full-time opportunity where personality, communication skills, and enthusiasm matter more than previous experience. You'll be working inside busy retail locations, supporting pop-up promotions and engaging directly with customers in a lively, team-driven environment. The Opportunity As an In-Store Sales Assistant, you'll play a key role in creating positive customer experiences during live retail promotions. You'll introduce products, explain offers, and help shoppers make informed decisions -- all while developing valuable skills in sales, communication, and customer engagement. This is a hands-on role suited to people who enjoy interaction, teamwork, and working toward shared targets. What Your Day Will Look Like * Starting conversations with customers in retail environments * Representing products and promotions clearly and confidently * Understanding customer needs and recommending suitable options * Supporting customers through the decision-making and purchase process * Working collaboratively with your team to achieve daily and weekly goals * Keeping promotional areas welcoming, organised, and professional * Assisting with event set-up, breakdown, and basic stock support What We 're Looking For * Strong communication skills and a friendly, outgoing approach * Confidence speaking with a wide range of customers * A positive attitude and willingness to learn * Reliability and a strong sense of teamwork * Ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail setting Previous experience in retail, hospitality, customer service, or events is a bonus, but not required.
