Product Support & Inside Sales Specialist Location: Elyria, OH Schedule: Full-time, On-site, M-F 8 am to 5 pm

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Product Support & Inside Sales Specialist to support our customers from quotation through order completion. This is a consultative, solution-focused role supporting a manufacturing environment -- not a call-center or transactional customer service position. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys understanding customer needs, working with technical products, and collaborating with sales, engineering, and operations teams to meet our customer's needs. What You 'll Do

• Prepare accurate and timely quotations for standard and custom Multilink products
• Enter and manage sales orders within the ERP system, ensuring accuracy throughout the process
• Serve as a primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts
• Partner with outside sales to support pricing, technical questions, and customer solutions
• Collaborate with Engineering on custom product requests and new product concepts
• Maintain pricing accuracy, target margins, and competitive awareness
• Coordinate with Purchasing and Production to confirm lead times and delivery expectations
• Respond to internal and external communications professionally and promptly
• Maintain a 24-48 hour turnaround time on quotes What We 're Looking For
• Experience in inside sales, product support, or B2B customer solutions, preferably in a role involving technical and custom engineered products.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Comfort working in a fast-paced manufacturing or industrial environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems such as SAP.
• Understanding of production based processes, assemblies, subassemblies, inventory records, production scheduling, and shipping processes strongly preferred. Education
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred Important Note for Applicants This position requires problem-solving, product knowledge, and collaboration across departments. Candidates whose background is limited to call centers, retail cashiering, or primarily transactional customer service may not find this role to be the right fit. Pay: $19.00 - $29.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week
