Job objectives: Maximizing revenue and profitability from Membership and Services Sales Business Priorities Driving membership sales * Month on month active membership growth Increase additional services revenue * Enhancements, upgrades, dual services Operational excellence and controls * Roll out and monitoring of corporate/vendor driven marketing initiatives and sales drives * Cost control/loss prevention focus on FD transactions and backbar costs * Front Desk staff cost optimization Organizational Priorities Responsive, engaged and driven front desk culture * 24/48 culture through organization * Excellent communication * Build positive culture Massage Envy values Develop leaders; delegation with checks and balances * Increase org effectivity through employee engagement, training and development Working hours/compensation * $18-20 per hour (this is an hourly position), rates negotiable based on experience * $300+ monthly bonus (eligible after completion of training) based on meeting pre agreed clinic goals * Commission on membership sales and retail based on prevailing rates; excellent sales team members earn $100+ per biweekly pay period from commissions Direct reports and reporting lines All Front Desk Reports to Clinic Manager Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour Experience: * Management: 1 year (Required) * Sales: 1 year (Required) * Health and Wellness: 1 year (Required) Work Location: In person
