My name is Ryan Dobbs and I am the broker and owner of Ryan Dobbs Realty. Over the last few years I have been building one of the top real estate teams in California. I'm a no BS kind of broker. I've helped a lot of agents become successful in this business and I've seen even more fail. The difference between the two is the ones who are successful show up everyday, they do the work, and they take advantage of every opportunity that comes their way. They understand no one else is going to do it for them and they will only get out of this business how much they are willing to put in. And they are very, very successful because of this.
