You will be the key to strengthening our market position, driving our growth, and helping to shape the future of sustainable cooling and power solutions in North America. As a self-driven member of our dedicated Data Center Sales team, you will have the autonomy to create and execute your own growth strategies. You'll also collaborate with a talented network of internal experts in engineering and customer service to deliver exceptional results. This isn't just a sales role; it's an opportunity to be a trusted partner to our customers. You will build strong, lasting relationships and provide innovative solutions that make a tangible difference to their business and the industry as a whole. This position reports to the Senior Sales Manager and operates out of California, with a preference to San Jose, CA. Relocation and Work Authorization support cannot be provided. What You 'll Be Doing * Drive our sales growth by identifying and securing new business opportunities within the data center market, directly expanding our footprint. * Build and nurture lasting relationships with key decision-makers, becoming their go-to expert for Danfoss Power Solutions. * Act as a strategic consultant for your clients, understanding their unique needs to deliver tailored, value-driven liquid cooling and power solutions. * Lead strategic business reviews with customers and internal leadership to highlight successes, identify new opportunities, and ensure continuous improvement. * Collaborate closely with our engineering, product, and customer service teams to ensure seamless and exceptional experience for your customers. What We're Looking For * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field of study is required. * Possess at least 5 years of sales experience, with 2-3 years of that focused on the data center industry is preferred. Experience with liquid cooling solutions is a significant plus. * Proven success navigating and collaborating effectively within a complex, global organization. * Possess a strategic mindset with experience using a value-based sales process and CRM tools to manage your pipeline and report on progress. * A self-driven and disciplined professional, comfortable working effectively in a remote home-office environment. * Willingness and ability to travel domestically up to 50% of the time to connect with customers and internal teams.
