As demand for our platform increases, we are expanding our sales team and looking for a driven, energetic closer who can take high-quality inbound leads and turn them into long-term partners. Position Overview This is a high-energy, heavily-commission based sales role designed for someone who thrives on closing deals and earning big. You will be speaking with dentists, practice owners, and office managers who are actively exploring ways to grow their practices. Your job is to: * Run structured discovery calls * Deliver compelling demos and walkthroughs * Guide practices through the onboarding process * Close Premium+ subscriptions * Identify opportunities to upgrade practices into our advanced Advertiser Packages * Maintain ongoing retention with your book of accounts This role rewards someone who is organized, confident, and genuinely hungry to win. What You 'll Be Doing - Discovery & Sales * Conduct discovery calls with dental practices using the Zoom * Uncover pain points and communicate the value of our plans * Build rapport quickly and guide practices toward the right subscription * Work inbound leads generated from claims, marketing funnels, and warm outreach * Maintain an active pipeline and move opportunities through CRM stages Onboarding & Implementation * Host onboarding calls for new clients * Assist practices with setup, profile optimization, and platform activation * Track onboarding progress * Ensure new practices see immediate value and momentum Upsells & Growth Opportunities * Identify practices that would benefit from our Advertiser Packages * Present expanded marketing options and handle upgrade conversations * Maintain communication with accounts to promote long-term growth and retention Account Retention * Keep practices engaged and satisfied * Leverage Zoho Desk for support coordination * Conduct periodic check-ins to ensure long-term retention What We 're Looking For * Natural closer with strong communication skills * Confident on Zoom, phone calls, and structured discovery * Comfortable working inside Zoho One (or willing to learn quickly) * Ability to manage follow-ups, pipelines, and daily CRM organization * Driven, competitive, and motivated by large commission checks * Previous phone-based sales, SaaS sales, dental sales, or marketing sales experience is a plus Compensation Structure This role is built for someone who wants big earning potential. * Competitive hourly base * Aggressive per-sale commissions * High-value upgrade opportunities for Advertiser Packages * Strong monthly performance bonuses for hitting volume targets * Realistic OTE that rewards closers who put in the work Top performers can realistically exceed traditional local sales roles due to the strength of the inbound lead flow and the value of our advanced packages.
