We are seeking highly motivated, licensed real estate professionals who are comfortable with cold calling and outbound prospecting to generate rental and sales business. What We Offer * Established brokerage with 20+ years of market presence * Extensive property owner and lead databases to support outbound calling * Structured training focused on cold calling, prospecting, and conversion * Ongoing coaching and hands-on support at every experience level * Convenient Union Square office location with full in-office resources * Proven systems and tools to help you succeed Key Responsibilities * Cold call property owners, landlords, and prospective clients to generate rental and sales opportunities * Actively prospect for new business through outbound calls and follow-ups * Convert leads into listing appointments and client relationships * Conduct property showings, client meetings, and negotiations * Maintain a consistent in-office presence when not out in the field * Build and manage a personal pipeline of rental and sales clients Requirements * Active Massachusetts real estate license (required) * Comfortable and confident with high-volume cold calling * Strong work ethic, self-motivation, and resilience * Excellent communication and negotiation skills * Professional demeanor * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Must live within a 20 -25 minute driving distance of the Cambridge/Somerville area * This is not a remote position Position Details * Job Type: Full-time * Compensation: Commission-only This opportunity is best suited for agents who understand that success in real estate comes from consistent prospecting, strong follow-up, and disciplined outbound sales activity.
