Lead Engagement Specialist (Real Estate) -- Remote (Phones + Appointment Setting) Location: Remote (Central Indiana Preferred) -- ideally near Indianapolis / Fort Wayne / Central Indiana for occasional team days and training (90% work-from-home) Hours: Full-Time | Monday-Friday (some flexibility). Must be available for calls during business hours in Eastern/Central time. Pay: $30,000 base + performance bonuses (typical total $36,000-$45,000) The Role You'll be the first voice motivated home sellers speak with. Your job is to respond quickly to new leads, build rapport, ask great questions, and set quality appointments for our Acquisitions Managers. This is a metric-driven phone role. If you like clear goals, daily activity targets, and getting better every week, you'll thrive. What You 'll Do * Respond to inbound seller leads fast (calls/texts/web forms) * Make outbound follow-up calls to warm/older leads * Qualify sellers: property condition, motivation, timeline, and price expectations * Schedule appointments for the acquisitions team * Keep accurate notes and statuses updated in Salesforce (CRM) * Follow our script/process and improve through coaching What Success Looks Like * High call activity + consistent follow-up * 4-8 qualified appointments set per week (once ramped) * Clean CRM notes and strong handoffs to closers What We 're Looking For * Strong phone presence; you connect quickly and professionally * Coachable, consistent, and resilient * Organized and detail-oriented with follow-up * Sales/call center/appointment-setting experience is a plus (not required) * Real estate familiarity is a bonus (not required); Spanish is a bonus Work-From-Home Requirements * Quiet workspace where you can take calls professionally * Reliable internet * Computer + headset (we'll share the tools and process) Compensation * $30,000 base + performance commission * Typical total earnings: $36,000-$45,000/year based on activity and results * Growth path available for strong performers About Simple Quarters Simple Quarters is a residential real estate company buying and selling discounted homes in the Indianapolis/Central Indiana market.
