Inside Sales Representative - Inbound Calls Only WholesaleMarine.com WholesaleMarine.com is a leading online retailer in the marine and boating industry, serving boaters nationwide. We are growing and looking for an Inside Sales Representative to join our team and help customers with their boating and marine needs. What You 'll Do * Handle inbound customer calls only (no cold calling or outbound sales) * Assist customers with placing orders and selecting the right marine products * Provide general ecommerce support including: * Order status updates * Returns and exchanges * Product questions * Learn how to look up engine and boat parts using internal tools and manufacturer resources * Deliver friendly, knowledgeable customer service that builds long-term customer relationships What We 're Looking For * Strong communication and customer service skills * Comfortable working on the phone and in a computer-based environment * Willingness to learn marine and engine parts lookup (training provided) * Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset * Sales or ecommerce experience is a plus, but not required Bonus (Not Required) * Boating or marine industry knowledge * Experience with engines, parts, or technical products * Previous ecommerce or call-center experience Schedule & Benefits * Monday through Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM * No nights, weekends, or holidays * Inbound calls only Why [please apply online] * Established and respected brand in the marine industry * Predictable schedule with great work-life balance * Opportunity to grow product knowledge in a niche industry * Work with customers who are passionate about boating Apply today and join a team that helps keep boaters on the water.
