Responsibilities * Learn and master the real estate process through training and mentorship. * Engage in lead generation, follow-up, and client relationship-building. * Represent buyers and sellers once licensed, providing world-class service. * Attend ongoing team trainings, meetings, and events. Requirements * Minimum 2+ years of successful sales experience (inside or outside sales). * A strong desire to build a long-term career in real estate. * Excellent communication, organization, and people skills. * Tech-savvy and willing to learn new tools and systems. * Must obtain a Massachusetts Real Estate License (we'll guide you through it). Compensation * Commission-based position with unlimited earning potential. * Agents who commit fully to our training and systems typically earn $75,000 -$150,000+ annually once ramped.
