Kotarides Property Management is seeking an individual to serve as an Inspection Compliance Manager for our growing company. The Inspection Compliance Manager will be responsible for managing various inspections for our Multifamily properties and Commercial properties. This position is responsible for scheduling, management of inspections and management for required repairs. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Oversee the full life cycle of the following inspections: * Fire Safety * Elevators * Pond and Retention areas * Termite * Power Generators * Pools * COO/Section 8 (repairs only) * Site Inspections (building exteriors, grounds, lots, common areas, etc) * Underground propane tanks * EV charging stations * Other inspections as needed Qualifications: * 5 years of Property Management or Facilities management experience required. * Previous experience in multi-family inspections * Previous Project Management experience preferred * Fire, Like and Safety Experience preferred * Travel to Virginia and North Carolina required.
