Support the company president and sales team in maintaining and strengthening relationships with sales reps and key accounts. Located in the heart of Little Tokyo in Los Angeles, Cuddle Barn is a designer and manufacturer of animated plush gifts that sing, dance, and play! We're looking for a detail-oriented and creative Key Account Sales Associate to bridge the gap between marketing and sales. Reporting to the President and Director of Brand & Marketing, this candidate will help us tell compelling product stories, maintain strong relationships with our sales partners, and ensure our brand is consistently represented across all avenues. You'll be responsible for creating persuasive sales materials, managing ecommerce listings, coordinating product assets, and supporting key sales initiatives such as trade shows and email marketing. Ideal candidates are proactive, organized, and have a strong eye for both visuals and messaging. They come with a solutions-first mindset and take full ownership of their work --following through on assigned projects and ensuring progress. Responsibilties Asset Management * Develop and maintain product PowerPoint presentations, line sheets, and sales decks for internal and external use. * Craft persuasive product messaging and selling points tailored to different audiences (e.g., sales reps, retailers, buyers). * Organize and maintain a library of visual assets; distribute files to sales reps, retailers, and other partners as needed. Sales & Account Management * Attend and help prepare for trade shows, including setting up displays, creating support materials, and participating in booth activities. * Participate in internal and external meetings, taking comprehensive notes and tracking follow-ups. * Complete quote sheets, order forms, and other documentation as required. * Assist President in different sales-related tasks * Create different sales assets as needed for VP of Sales * Organize customer routing requirements to our suppliers, ensuring a smooth shipping process. General Responsibilities: * Provide administrative and project support for a variety of marketing & sales programs * Maintaining organized charts, meeting notes, project instructions, and filing systems for various projects assigned * Monitor sales trends and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth or product adjustments. * Contribute insights and suggestions during product or marketing planning discussions. * Act as a trainer and mentor for more junior team members * Perform other duties as assigned Requirements * Bachelor's Degree in relevant field required * Proficiency with Google Drive and Microsoft Office programs * Proficiency in Outlook is a must * 2+ Years Experience of Relevant Experience in a sales support role * 2+ Years Experience in consumer products industry Soft Skills: * Excellent written and communication skills * Excellent attention to detail * Ability to work well with multiple departments (marketing, sales, operations) * Familiarity with working in smaller team environments * Strong sense of ownership and accountability; takes responsibility for keeping projects on track * Comfortable in a collaborative, fast-paced environment where priorities may shift quickly Benefits * Cute plushies! * Competitive salaries * Room to grow * Health, Dental and 401K Benefit Job Type: Full-time Pay: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour Benefits: * 401(k) * 401(k) matching * Dental insurance * Employee discount * Health insurance * Life insurance * Paid time off * Parental leave * Vision insurance Work Location: In person
