Full description of the position

If you are an experience and motivated sales professional with a passion for customer service and a proven track record in full-cycle sales, we would love to hear from you. Duties: * Provide exceptional customer service to all customers throughout the sales process * Assist customers in identifying and selecting products that best meet their needs * Educate customers on product features, benefits, and value propositions * Manage the full sales cycle, from initial contact to closing the sale and post-purchase follow-up * Accurately process sales transactions and maintain detailed records * Ensure the sales floor is organized, visually appealing, and well-stocked * Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics Qualifications: * Proven experience in retail sales, with at least 2 years of hands-on, full-cycle sales experience * Experience in Home Appliances is a plus * Strong communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills * Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail * Familiarity with retail math and ability to perform basic calculations * Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills * Self-motivated and able to work collaboratively in a team setting Thank you for your interest in joining our team as an Appliance Sales Associate.
