You'll follow a proven inside sales process, work with a motivated team, and receive strong support in an education-focused environment built on long-term relationships. * What Will You Do? * Service existing insurance customers with payments, questions * Help protect customers by offering Allstate products that will meet their needs * Serve your local community by helping them prepare for life's uncertainties * Educate current customers on how to protect their families and assets * Provide a positive customer experience * Cross sell additional Allstate products to existing client households. * Serve as the main point of contact for clients * Execute inside sales strategies and meet performance goals * Manage and maintain client accounts * Build long-term client and referral relationships Who Are We Looking For? * No insurance experience required but is a plus * Customer Service Experience is strongly preferred * Confident, motivated individual * Comfortable with using computers and multiple applications * Able to multi-task, follow through and follow-up * Have excellent verbal and written communication skills * A property and casualty insurance license or willingness to obtain one. However, an insurance license is not required to apply or interview.
