Full description of the position
Service BDC Representative Location: Eureka, MO, 63025 Summary Acting as a liaison by representing the service department to its external service customers. Essential Duties and Responsibilities (Other duties may be assigned) * Service appointment reminders: Sent 3 days and 1 day before the appointment. * Service appointment follow-up: Experience check done the day after the appointment. If not reached, follow-up calls/texts on days 3, 5, and 7. * Evaluating trade-in potentials: Identifying sales opportunities with service customers. * Farming service customers: Reaching out to past and storage customers to generate business, especially in winter/spring, through post-sale and maintenance follow-up. * F &I opportunities: Assisting with Finance & Insurance options for service customers. * Storage customer outreach: Informing customers about service specials, winterization, and de-winterization. * Warranty reminders by phone and text message: 6-month, 10-month, and 11-month (if they haven't been in by the 10-month mark). * Maintenance reminders by phone and text message: 2 months post sale, 5 months, 8 months, 11 months. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) KPI Description Target Appointment Reminder Completion Rate % of service appointments that receive 3-day and 1-day reminders 98-100% Post-Service Follow-Up Completion Rate % of completed service appointments contacted day after service and follow-ups on days 3, 5, and 7 if not reached 95%+ Outbound Contact Volume Total outbound calls/texts per day/week 40/day Maintenance Return Rate % of customers returning for scheduled maintenance after reminder 60-70%+ Key Internal Departments/Team * Service Advisors * Sales Department * Storage Department Competencies * Can-do attitude * Self-motivated * Strong attention to detail * Team player Required Skills/Abilities * Valid Driver's License with a satisfactory Motor Vehicle Report and insurable driving record * Ability to drive, move, and park recreational vehicles of all sizes * Ability to work independently and as part of a team Required Education and Experience * High School diploma or equivalent * Experience at an RV or automotive dealership environment is a plus * Desire to further education with RVDA provided by Byerly RV Schedule Days: Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm Work Environment This position operates in an office environment.
