Your mission: help homeowners and small businesses find the right MetroNet services for their needs. Day-to-day: * Talk with customers in person about MetroNet's internet, TV, and phone options * Build connections and close sales * Attend daily team huddles and weekly workshops * Learn proven sales techniques and grow your communication skills * Work afternoon and evening shifts with a supportive, energetic team Who We 're Looking For We hire people with personality -- not just resumes. Experience helps, but it's not required. * Outgoing and friendly -- you enjoy talking with people * Coachable and eager to learn * Motivated by goals and growth * Reliable, positive, and a team player * Valid driver's license and reliable transportation * Cell phone with a data plan * Commitment to full time hours * Able to pass a basic background check Experience in sales, customer service, or hospitality is a plus -- but if you bring the energy, we'll teach you the rest.
