We're looking for experienced, licensed insurance agents to support our growing endeavor. As one of our Insides Sales Representatives, you'll directly influence the development of our sales team and, more importantly, the overall growth of our company. Your warm and personable approach will create a sense of ease with customers as you present and sell insurance policies. What makes this position unique is that in addition to the competitive salary, you have the opportunity to earn commissions through company provided leads, so you won't have to cold call your third cousins, neighbor's mailman! We require all Inside Sales Representatives to hold an active Property & Casualty license. Requirements: * Responsibilities * Provide personalized, professional customer service experiences through building trust and developing strong customer relationships. * Quote policy premiums complying by agency and underwriting guidelines. * Call on policyholders to deliver and explain policy, initiate back end follow up. * Process changes to existing accounts and policies * Share your expertise to help educate customers and build trust. * Assist customers with claims by directing them to appropriate contacts and resources. * Qualifications * 2- 4-year college curriculum preferred, or equivalent industry experience * Required by state statutes to have proper insurance licensing to sell, solicit or negotiate insurance products. * Working knowledge of insurance and state regulations for personal lines * Ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment that will challenge you. * Ability to work in a team environment * Experience quoting and working with multiple carrier systems in a broker environment is a plus. * Experience working in AMS 360 Management System or Applied System preferred * Demonstrated ability to work both independently and as a team player. * Passion, great communication skills, self-motivation, positive attitude, and competitive spirit
