Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. Alternating Saturdays: 8:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. We're looking for a motivated, hands-on team member to join our team as a Counter Salesperson with additional warehouse support responsibilities. This is not a traditional cashier role -- it's a fast- paced, physical position that requires you to be on your feet, multitasking, and learning every day. You'll interact directly with customers, assist with orders, and gain valuable knowledge about our products and industry. In addition to customer service, you'll help with general warehouse tasks like pulling orders, stocking inventory, and keeping the workspace organized. Key Responsibilities: * Greet and assist customers at the counter in a friendly, professional manner * Help customers identify the parts and products they need * Accurately process sales using our computerized system * Assist in the warehouse: pull and stage orders, stock shelves, and help manage inventory * Learn about our wide range of parts, supplies, and industry terminology * Handle customer questions and concerns with a problem-solving mindset * Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment * Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction and support daily operations What We're Looking For: * Previous experience in retail, customer service, or warehouse roles preferred * Computer skills are a must -- you'll be working with a computerized sales and inventory system daily * Comfortable working on your feet all day and lifting/moving materials * Able to multitask in a busy environment and stay organized under pressure * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Dependable, hardworking, and eager to learn * Willing to work alternating Saturdays * Must pass a drug screening Why Work With Us?
