The Role Regional Sales Manager Experience: 7-15 years Location: Santa Clara, USA About the Role As the Regional Sales Manager for the USA, you will lead strategic sales efforts, manage key enterprise accounts, and build strong relationships with CXO-level stakeholders. You'll own the entire sales cycle--from prospecting to closure--while consistently exceeding revenue targets. The role demands close collaboration with partners and internal teams to design tailored solutions, capture large opportunities, and drive regional growth through disciplined pipeline management and accurate forecasting. Responsibilities * Handle sales and business growth for the USA territory. * Acquire and manage key strategic enterprise accounts while building long-term stakeholder relationships. * Manage the complete sales cycle from initial contact to qualification, solution presentation, proposal, negotiation, and closing. * Take ownership of quarterly and annual revenue targets, ensuring consistent achievement. * Develop and maintain detailed account plans for all strategic accounts. * Identify and execute large deal strategies within key accounts. * Maintain accurate sales forecasting through a deep understanding of customer procurement and buying cycles. * Proactively lead account planning and relationship development with strategic partners. * Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams--marketing, pre-sales, and customer success --to align goals and drive outcomes. * Maintain strong sales hygiene , including CRM updates, documentation, and a minimum 3X pipeline of your annual quota. What You Will Need We understand there's no perfect fit--but here's what will help you succeed: * Proven experience managing large enterprise accounts. * Demonstrated ability to deliver consistent, sustainable sales results. * Exposure to or understanding of the enterprise security domain is a plus. * Strong relationships with CXO-level executives (CIO/CDO/CISO) in large enterprises. * Ability to build deep client relationships and generate a healthy sales pipeline. * Self-motivated and comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. * Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
