Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Insurance Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing clients with tailored insurance solutions, building strong relationships, and driving sales through effective communication and negotiation skills. Bilingual abilities and experience in retail sales, telemarketing, or marketing are highly desirable to enhance client engagement and outreach efforts. Duties * Develop new business through outside sales efforts, including community outreach and networking * Conduct thorough analysis of client needs to recommend appropriate insurance products * Manage sales administration tasks such as policy documentation, renewals, and updates * Negotiate terms with clients to secure mutually beneficial agreements * Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, explaining policy options, and resolving issues promptly * Utilize marketing strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones * Maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations and other industry standards during client interactions * Assist with benefits administration and ensure clients understand their coverage options * Engage in telemarketing campaigns to generate leads and promote insurance products * Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and improve overall service quality Experience * Proven experience in outside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing preferred * Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with multilingual abilities considered a plus * Familiarity with sales administration tools and analysis skills to evaluate market trends and client data * Prior experience in insurance sales or related fields is advantageous but not required; training will be provided for qualified candidates * Knowledge of benefits administration, customer service principles, and marketing strategies is beneficial Join our team as an Insurance Agent to leverage your sales expertise while helping clients secure the coverage they need.
