Tiama Americas is looking for a Sales Coordinator to support our sales team, keep operations running smoothly, and help deliver an exceptional customer experience. You'll play a key role in managing sales orders, shipments, customer inquiries, and internal coordination--ensuring our sales team can focus on what they do best. Responsibilities * Prepare and process sales quotations, proposals, contracts, and orders for equipment, spare parts, and services * Coordinate shipments, track deliveries, and manage logistics documentation, including international shipments * Maintain accurate sales records and data in CRM/ERP systems * Respond to customer inquiries quickly and professionally, supporting strong relationships * Assist Sales Managers with meetings, presentations, reports, and trade show coordination * Collaborate with internal teams--Engineering, Production, Warehouse, Finance--to ensure seamless sales operations * Generate regular reports and dashboards to provide insights and support decision-making Minimum Qualifications * 2+ years of experience in sales support or international sales * Proficiency with CRM/ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics AX preferred) * Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities * Excellent communication and customer service skills * Fluent in English and Spanish Preferred Qualifications * Associate's degree in International Business, Sales, or related field * Experience with logistics, shipping, and international trade documentation * Portuguese language skills * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Power BI We're an equal opportunity employer.
