Wholesale Distributor in South Central Illinois is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Inside Sales/Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role is responsible for managing inbound and outbound sales calls, assisting customers with orders and inquiries, and providing exceptional service to ensure customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: * Respond to inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner. * Process orders, provide product information, and resolve customer issues efficiently. * Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer needs are met. * Candidate must have knowledge and experience with plumbing pipes, valves and fittings. Qualifications: * High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred). * Proven experience in inside sales, customer service, or a related field. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. * Proficient with computers. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
