Job Title: Gym Membership Sales Advisor Location: ONYX GYMS Willoughby Hills Job Type: Full-time / Part-time Compensation: Hourly Rate + Commission About Us: At ONYX Gyms 24/7, we believe fitness is for everyone. We're currently looking for a results- driven, people-focused Membership Sales Advisor to join our team and be the face of our growth. Position Summary: As a Gym Membership Sales Advisor , your primary responsibility is to sell gym memberships by reaching out to potential members, setting appointments, and delivering an excellent first impression of our facility. You'll play a key role in helping individuals begin their fitness journey while supporting the gym's sales goals. Key Responsibilities: * Make a minimum of 75 outbound calls per shift to prospective members. * Book and manage appointments for in-person or virtual tours of the facility. * Conduct tours and present membership options tailored to each individual's needs. * Follow up with leads, former members, and walk-ins to maximize conversions. * Track and update all leads and communications in the CRM system. * Meet or exceed individual and team sales goals. * Represent the gym with a positive, professional, and enthusiastic attitude. What We 're Looking For: * Prior sales experience (fitness industry preferred, but not required). * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Comfortable making high-volume phone calls and handling objections. * Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented. * Passion for health, fitness, and helping others.
